Consumption of hours:
Prepaid support hours will be consumed in 15-minute fractions according to the requirements requested by users. The minimum support time to be billed is 15 minutes. The hour package will be valid for one year from the date contracted.
Support hours will be discounted for the following services:
- Consulting Hours
- Calls, Chats and Support Tickets
- Creation and/or customization of documents and reports
- Staff training
- The development or modification of any document or report will always be quoted in time and amount for approval.
The current cost for advice or support is US$35 per hour, for clients who do not have a prepaid hour package.
